U.S. Air Force Gen. James B. Hecker, commander of U.S. Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa, speaks about how we must remember and honor the efforts of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice in Picauville. The ceremony honored 20 American service members who died in a field in Picauville, France on June 6, 1944.
