ASAN OVERLOOK, Guam (Jun. 13, 2024) - Rear Adm. Jeffrey J. Kilian, poses with Civil Engineer Corps Officers, Seabees, and civilians assigned to Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas at the Asan Overlook on Nimitz Hill in Guam. Kilian is the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific commander and visited NAVFAC Marianas June 12 and 13 to meet the team, visit project sites, and deliver recognition awards to deserving individuals as well as meet with local military leaders and island dignitaries. NAVFAC is the Systems Command that delivers and maintains quality, sustainable facilities, acquires and manages capabilities for the Navy's expeditionary combat forces, provides contingency engineering response, and enables energy security and environmental stewardship.
