POLARIS PT SANTA RITA, Guam. (Jun. 13, 2024) - Rear Adm. Jeffrey J. Kilian is given a breakdown of a construction project by Lt. Patrick Shine, officer in charge of detachment Guam NMCBTAC11, that will take place at Polaris Point. Kilian is the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific commander and visited NAVFAC Marianas June 12 and 13 to meet the team, visit project sites, and deliver recognition awards to deserving individuals as well as meet with local military leaders and island dignitaries. NAVFAC is the Systems Command that delivers and maintains quality, sustainable facilities, acquires and manages capabilities for the Navy's expeditionary combat forces, provides contingency engineering response, and enables energy security and environmental stewardship.
