DAHLGREN, Va. – Strategic Systems Programs Director Vice Adm. Johnny Wolfe Jr. (center left) and Capt. Philip Mlynarski display a letter of congratulations from the Chicago Cubs Major League Baseball Organization in honor of Mlynarski’s retirement following a change of command ceremony at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division June 21. Mlynarski who served as NSWCDD’s 47th commanding officer in the final two years of his 26-year career is a lifelong Cubs fan.
