DAHLGREN, Va. – Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Technical Director Dale Sisson Jr., P.E., SES, (left) presented Capt. Philip Mlynarski with a replica of the 11-inch Dahlgren Gun during Mlynarski’s retirement ceremony June 21. Mlynarski served as NSWCDD’s 47th commanding officer in the final two years of his 26-year career.
