A U.S. Air Force C-5A Galaxy is disassembled on the eastern side of the flight line at Travis Air Force Base, California, June 10, 2024. The first operational C-5A was delivered to the 437th Airlift Wing, Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina, in June 1970.
