A combat rubber raiding craft enters the water as West Coast-based Naval Special Warfare (NSW) operators perform a military free fall during fleet interoperability training with the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Greeneville (SSN 772) in the Eastern Pacific Ocean. NSW is the nation’s elite maritime special operations force, uniquely positioned to extend the Fleet’s reach and gain and maintain access for the Joint Force in competition and conflict.
