A fuels technician assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron oversees an aerial bulk fuel delivery system using a STARCART system at an undisclosed location within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, July 10, 2024. The 379th ELRS is one of two units in the Air Force using the STARCART.
