A fuels technician assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron records the amount of fuel that is transferred during an aerial bulk fuel delivery with a STARCART system at an undisclosed location within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, July 10, 2024. The 379th ELRS is one of two units in the Air Force using the STARCART. The STARCART boasts a significantly smaller and lighter fueling capability, allowing for easier transport between installations and enabling the Air Force’s mission of rapid global mobility.
