PANACA, Nev. — A small group, led by a Los Angeles District emergency manager, rehearses emergency response tactics to a natural disaster scenario during an emergency tabletop training exercise, or TTX, June 25 at Panaca Fire Station in Lincoln County, Nevada. The TTX is designed to review, practice and assess federal and nonfederal partners’ response to catastrophic disaster scenarios in Lincoln and Clark County, Nevada. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Emergency Management Team provides engineering services to respond to national and natural disasters to minimize damage and help in recovery efforts.
