On Monday, 8 July 2024, the Joint Program Executive Officer for CBRN Defense Mr. Darryl Colvin hosted the Change of Charter ceremony for the Joint Project Manager CBRN Sensors. COL Robert Carter III officially passed the responsibility of the Joint Project Manager for CBRN Sensors to Mr. Timothy Tharp. Mr. Darryl Colvin delivered opening remarks as the ceremony host and welcomed distinguished guests, family, friends, the JPEO workforce, CBDP partners, industry partners, and many others who joined in person and virtually.
