On Monday, 8 July 2024, the Joint Program Executive Officer for CBRN Defense Mr. Darryl Colvin hosted the Change of Charter ceremony for the Joint Project Manager CBRN Sensors. COL Robert Carter III officially passed the responsibility of the Joint Project Manager for CBRN Sensors to Mr. Timothy Tharp. Here Mr. Robert Aldenberg presented COL Carter with the honorable Order of the Dragon for his service to the CBRN defense community.
