    Crews from Roan Salvage, Co. out of Sturgeon Bay, Wisc. demolish the south Algoma breakwater in preparation for reconstruction. The wall was first built in the 1880's with a concrete cover added in 1934. The project is being managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District.
