Robert Gaucher, Commander, Naval Submarine Forces and Commander of Submarine Force Atlantic, makes remarks during the Submarine Squadron TWO change of command ceremony held at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine on July 12, 2024. Captain Daniel Reiss was relieved by Capt. Jason Deichler. COMSUBRON Two’s mission is to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for fast-attack submarines homeported at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard during periods of maintenance and improvement.
