    KITTERY, Maine (July 12, 2024) - Commander, Submarine Squadron Two held a change of command ceremony at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine on July 12, 2024. Presiding over the ceremony was Vice Adm. Robert Gaucher, Commander, Naval Submarine Forces and Commander of Submarine Force Atlantic (center). Captain Daniel Reiss (right) was relieved by Capt. Jason Deichler. COMSUBRON Two’s mission is to provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for fast-attack submarines homeported at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard during periods of maintenance and improvement.
