Neil Toohey, outgoing commanding officer of the "Island Knights" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25, right, and Cmdr. Mark Klein, incoming commanding officer, fly over the HSC-25 hangar bay during a change of command ceremony on Andersen Air Force Base, July 11. During the fly over, the commanders read off their new orders over the radio. HSC-25 ensures maritime peace and security in the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility. HSC-25 maintains a 24-hour search and rescue and medical evacuation alert posture, directly supporting the U.S. Coast Guard Forces Micronesia/Sector Guam and Joint Region Marianas.
