Master Sgt. Andira Mckinney, the human resources (G1) noncommissioned officer in charge for the 7th Mission Support Command, teaches human resources professionals across the 7th MSC about nonparticipating Soldiers and unit manning roster maintenance during the human resources professional development forum in Garmisch, Germany, Jul. 10, 2024. Mckinney, as well as the rest of the 7th MSC human resources staff aim to streamline administrative processes and procedures across the command and increase understanding of new and updated systems such as IPPSA.
The 7th Mission Support Command is the U.S. Army Reserve presence in Europe. Comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th MSC provides logistical and sustainment resources in support of U.S. Army Europe and Africa missions across the theater.
