U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt, Andre Montijo-Ginard, a human resources noncommissioned officer in the 7th Mission Support Command’s human resources staff, listens to the introductions for the 7th MSC’s human resources professional development forum, in Garmisch, Germany, Jul. 9, 2024. Montijo-Ginard participated as an instructor for the forum and provided guidance on administrative processes and procedures to increase understanding of new and updated systems such as IPPSA.
The 7th Mission Support Command is the U.S. Army Reserve presence in Europe. Comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy, the 7th MSC provides logistical and sustainment resources in support of U.S. Army Europe and Africa missions across the theater.
