Peter Lynch, the deputy assistant secretary of the Navy (DASN) for Safety speaks to the audience during the Navy’s Blast Over Pressure (BOP) Summit, July 15, 2024, at the River’s Edge Community Center on Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia. The goal of the Navy BOP summit was to develop a plan of action and milestones for drafting and implementing DON BOP policy.
