A U.S. Marine Corps recruit with Fox Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, jumps off the 10-foot tower into the water during the water survival training class at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, July 23, 2024. Recruits are taught basic water survival prior to conducting their basic swim qualification.
