Psychologists from across the Department of Defense attend the U.S. Army Command Assessment Program’s Executive Consultation: Assessing Senior Leaders course July 20 to 26, 2024 at the Hilton Arlington National Landing, Washington D.C. The course prepares psychologists to support future CAP assessments and arms them with the knowledge, skills and ability to practically apply and implement executive assessments, feedback and leadership development at their own units.
