Spc. Matthew Wakefield, Medical Center of Excellence squad member, conducts 3-5 second rushes as the seventh event of the Expert Physical Fitness Assessment during the TRADOC Best Squad competition at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri on Aug 12, 2024. The EPFA is a timed event performed in full kit that consists of a one-mile run, 30 dead stop push ups, 100 meter sprint, 16 sand bag tosses, 50 meter water can carry, 25 meter high crawl, 25 meter 3-5 second rush, and ends with a one-mile run.
