Medical Center of Excellence Best Squad conducts the Expert Physical Fitness Assessment during the TRADOC Best Squad Competition at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri on Aug 12, 2024.
Spc. Matthew Wakefield, MEDCoE Best squad member, hydrates after completing the rigorous eight event EPFA. The EPFA is a timed event performed in full kit that consists of a one-mile run, 30 dead stop push ups, 100 meter sprint, 16 sand bag tosses, 50 meter water can carry, 25 meter high crawl, 25 meter 3-5 second rush, and ends with a one-mile run.
