Soldiers assigned to the Joint Task Force-National Capital Region and the U.S. Army Military District of Washington participated in this years MDW Best Squad Competition at Fort Mary Walker, Va., and Fort McNair, Washington D.C., from August 5 to August 9, 2024. They were tested on land navigation, patrol lanes, weapons lanes, medical lanes, and a field board over the course of the week.
