U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Deydre Teyhen, director of the Defense Health Network's National Capital Region, and Sgt. 1st Class Kendrick Robinson, the master fitness trainer for 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, discuss the unit's physical readiness training program during her visit to observe the unit's Holistic Health and Fitness system on Fort Stewart, Georgia, Aug. 15, 2024. During her visit, Teyhen lauded the Soldier's work and advised on how to integrate into the unit, inform Soldiers about the resource, and earn their trust in the program. The Army's H2F program integrates physical fitness, mental resilience, nutrition, sleep, and spiritual wellness to enhance overall health and reduce injury rates. The H2F team of physical therapists, dieticians, and mental health professionals are key members of the 3rd DSB Prevention System, which provides holistic and creative initiatives to support Soldiers across all protective factors.
