Command Chief Warrant Officer 5 Derek Fisbeck of the Wyoming Army National Guard presents retired Chief Warrant Officer 5 Doug Drost with the Legion of Merit during an award ceremony in Cheyenne, Wyoming, on Aug. 2, 2024.
