U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, JBLM Garrison, U.S. Army I Corps, Assistant Secretary of the Army and Washington State congressional leaders place shovels in dirt to kick off the ceremonial construction start of a first-of-its-kind sustainable barracks pilot program. The pilot program is one of two JBLM sustainable barracks construction projects managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
