(Sept. 11, 2024) — Petty Officer Second Class Ruthann Tesfaye, assigned to the Office of Naval Intelligence Hopper Global Communications Center, sings the national anthem during a wreath-laying ceremony honoring the eight ONI employees who lost their lives during the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the Pentagon at the National Maritime Intelligence Center on Sept. 11.
