ARLINGTON, Va. (Sept. 11, 2024) — Regan Howell, brother of Brady Howell (center left), and Assistant Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence Sandy Brown join Sailors assigned to the Chief of Naval Operations Intelligence Plot in a wreath-laying ceremony honoring the eight Office of Naval Intelligence employees who lost their lives during the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the Pentagon at the Arlington National Cemetery on Sept. 11.
