    Oregon Army National Guard Soldier Sgt. Tanner York from 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry Regiment uses a riot shield and wooden baton during a simulated riot as part of the final day of a Culminating Training Exercise (CTE) at Fort Cavazos, Texas, Sept. 14, 2024.
