Chief Warrant Officer 4 Timothy Collins, Warrant Officer Candidate School company commander, commences the Kentucky Army National Guard Warrant Officer Candidate School Class 24-001 graduation ceremony in the Kentucky Capitol Rotunda in Frankfort on September 14, 2024. Prior to the rotunda ceremony, the candidates, 238th command team, cadre, and staff gathered in Frankfort cemetery at Daniel Boone’s grave site, which stands on a cliff side that overlooks the State capitol and the Kentucky River.
