NAVAL STATION NORFOLK (Sept. 27, 2024) U.S. Navy Sailors from Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 4, Undersea Warfighting Development Center, and Navy Warfare Development Center listen to speeches given at a chief petty officer pinning ceremony at CSG-4’s historic headquarters building on board Naval Station Norfolk. Six new chief petty officers donned anchors and combination covers during the ceremony.
