    Soldiers from the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 1st Armored Division, demonstrate how to apply Reactive Skin Decontamination Lotion during a circuit training event to test their Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) equipment at Fort Bliss, Texas, Sept. 30, 2024.
