Elvira Vasquez, the Financial Readiness Branch Manager for the Army Community Service, (ACS) visits one of the many tables at a resource fair for Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Oct. 5, 2024, in the People First Center (PFC), on Fort Cavazos, TX. This event is held every year to educate military members and their families about the programs and services that are available to them through agencies such as ACS and the Family Advocacy Program (FAP).
