Luis Miranda, the Chief of Housing for the installation, gives a speech to the Soldiers and civilians in attendance at the resource fair in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Oct. 5, 2024, in the People First Center (PFC), on Fort Cavazos, TX. This event is held every year to educate military members and their families about the programs and services that are available to them through agencies such as Army Community Services (ACS) and the Family Advocacy Program (FAP).
