Infantrymen from Squad 1 representing U.S. Army Forces Command(FORSCOM), and assigned the 27th Engineer Battalion (Airborne), 20th Engineer Brigade out of Fort Liberty, North Carolina, established two rope bridges in order to cross the river during the patrol lanes assessment of the Army Best Squad Competition on Fort Liberty, North Carolina, Oct. 7, 2024. The competition assessed 12 squads representing their major command on their technical and tactical proficiency, as well as their ability to work as a disciplined and cohesive unit.
