Infantrymen from Squad 4 representing U.S. Army Materiel Command(AMC) and assigned to the U.S. Army Garrison Italy, 45th Finance Center, 832nd Transportation Battalion, U.S. Army Garrison Benelux, 902nd MWD Detachment, established two rope bridges in order to cross the river during the patrol lanes assessment of the Army Best Squad Competition on Fort Liberty, North Carolina, Oct. 7, 2024. The annual competition tests the squads’ proficiency in their warrior tasks and battle drills to identify the most cohesive, highly trained, disciplined and fit team that is ready to fight and win, while demonstrating commitment to the Army Values and Warrior Ethos.
