Lance Ramsey, of Columbus, Ga., from 3rd platoon, Baker Company, 2nd Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, practices tying the Uli knot during a demolition course Feb. 10 at Camp A in Phitsanulok province, Kingdom of Thailand, prior to the start of exercise Cobra Gold 2013. Joint and multinational training is vital to maintaining the readiness and interoperability of all participating military forces. The training provided classroom instruction and simulations on basic demolition and explosive urban breaching skills.
