Equipment Operator 3rd Class Nathan Dreher from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5's Construction Civic Action Detail Philippines plays with students from the Aplaya Elementary School. CCAD Philippines is currently constructing a two-classroom masonry building for the school. Seabees conduct CCAD operations like this one in order to demonstrate U.S. commitment, develop enduring relationships, improve public infrastructure for the delivery of essential services and strengthen local institutions with host and partner nations around the world.
