A congressional delegation are transported in a Infantry Squad Vehicle by U.S. Soldiers with the Army Electronic Proving Ground, during a capabilities demonstration of the U.S. Air Force Advanced Airlift Tactics Training Center, at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, October 23, 2024. During the visit, the delegation flew in a C-130H Hercules aircraft, witnessed an airdrop, combat landing, combat offload method C and a simulated casualty evacuation. The delegates representing the states of Arizona, South Carolina, Iowa, Arkansas and Missouri, included various positions such as policy advisors, legislative assistants, and aides. Since 1983 the AATTC, based in St. Joseph, Mo., has provided advanced tactical training to airlift aircrews from the Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve Command, Air Mobility Command, U.S. Marine Corps and 17 allied nations.
