Beaufort County, N. C., Communications Director Brandon Tester captures aerial footage of U. S. Army Corps of Engineers debris removal operations in Swannanoa, N.C., Oct. 31 to document key locations around Buncombe County where significant debris piles have accumulated. Tester captured drone footage of USACE contractors actively collecting debris, transporting it to the disposal site, and unloading. Since Oct. 28, USACE contractors have removed more than 28,000 cubic yards of debris in Buncombe County.
