Col. Robert Bartlow, chief of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Natural Disaster Recovery Division, and a member of the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center Task Force Agile Mission Support team inspect damages to an aircraft hangar at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, following Hurricane Helene, Sept. 28, 2024.
