Wayland Patterson, chief of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center Response Operations, and Kevin Bruce, senior engineering manager of the AFCEC Disaster Recovery Response Team, conduct initial damage assessments at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, following Hurricane Helene, Sept. 28, 2024.
