Meghan McGovern, commanding officer of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Ship Fairweather, presents a lecture on the Alaskan Arctic Coast Port Access Route Study (AACPARS) to the crew of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Healy (WAGB 20) while the cutter operates in the Beaufort Sea, Oct. 16, 2024.
