The final event of the Sapper Competition required teams to construct a poncho raft using two military issued ponchos, rucks, and weapons and then swim 500 meters (20 pool lengths) with raft in tow. Eleven events make up the Best Sapper team competition on Fort Dix at JBMDL for 1st Army Division East units from 13-14 November.
