    PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — A U.S. Navy Diver from Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2 builds a patch to be used to repair a ballast tank bulkhead on the ex-USS Fort McHenry (LSD-43) as part of an afloat salvage drill, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Nov. 19, 2024.
