PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — U.S. Navy Divers from Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2 prepare to dive in a ballast tank of the ex-USS Fort McHenry (LSD-43) during an afloat salvage drill, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Nov. 18, 2024.
