The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, in partnership with Boise State University and other agencies held a public scoping meeting to propose restoration efforts as part of the Barber Pool Feasibility Study, at the Barber Park Education and Events Center, Boise, Idaho, Nov. 20. The project, a restoration initiative focused on BPCA, an aquatic and riparian ecosystem spanning over 700 acres, aims to rejuvenate the area’s ecosystems while enhancing public awareness and education.
