Retired U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. James Laster, president and CEO of the Toys for Tots Foundation, and U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Leonard Anderson, commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces Reserve and U.S. Marine Corps Forces South, conduct interviews with local media outlets during the 92nd Hollywood Christmas Parade in Hollywood, California, Dec. 1, 2024. The mission of the Toys for Tots Holiday Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys, books, and other gifts and distribute them to less fortunate children at Christmastime. The Hollywood Christmas Parade is an annual American parade held on the Sunday after Thanksgiving in Hollywood; it follows a 3.5-mile route along Hollywood Boulevard, then back along Sunset Boulevard, featuring various celebrities.
