U.S. Marines with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 365 (REIN), currently assigned to the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), Special Operations Capable (SOC), taxi an MV-22B Osprey at Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, following a seven-month deployment to U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa area of operations, Dec. 3, 2024. Embarked on the Navy’s Wasp Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), the Wasp ARG-24th MEU (SOC) supported U.S., Allied, and partner interests in the region, including the eastern Mediterranean Sea, to promote regional stability and deter aggression.
